Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth incoming and outgoing goods including incoming goods inspection
• Storage, relocation, general warehouse work
• Creating and processing internal transport orders in the existing WMS; posting goods movements
• Packing goods appropriately for shipping and checking load securing
• Loading and unloading the trucks
• Quality controls
• Organization and implementation of inventories

 

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training
• With appropriate professional experience, lateral entry is also possible
• Valid forklift license with driving experience
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office is desirable
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and an independent way of working
• Good organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility

Dispatcher in international / national freight transport (m/f/d) full-time

 

 

Your tasks

• Planning and scheduling of national and international transportation, taking into account cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• Coordination of transportation with service providers and customers
• Price negotiation with the carriers used
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring that deliveries are made on time
• Creation and maintenance of transport documents and orders
• Processing of demurrage charges, transport damage, complaints and returns
• Analysis and optimization of logistics processes
• Communication with internal departments and external partners

 

What you bring with you

• Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding or comparable qualification
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and IT systems
• Impeccable written and spoken German language skills
• Good written and spoken English, knowledge of French an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of team spirit
• Negotiating skills and a solution-oriented mindset
